Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the Middle East seeks an Associate Merchandise Planner to support sales, profitability, and inventory for our Own Brand footwear business. You will translate range plans into on-time stock delivery across channels within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The role emphasizes range planning, OTB management, critical path ownership, and data-driven insights to optimize inventory and planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to optimize inventory and planning.
• Good communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of sales plans and Open to Buy (OTB) with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain monthly/weekly sales and stock plans to optimize stock and margins.
• Forecast and re-forecast based on sales performance and market trends.
• Ensure accurate stock tracking and alignment with forecasts across channels.
• Identify aging stock and support liquidation and stock optimization.
