Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Coordinator - Supply Chain Level Shoes to ensure accurate processing of purchase and sales orders, stock movements, pricing updates, and stock readiness. The role collaborates with suppliers, stores, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain product flow and resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have strong Excel skills, and show ownership, proactivity and teamwork to support a high-performing supply chain in a luxury retail

• Strong Excel skills and data proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process all purchase orders and create accurate transfers between warehouse and stores.
• Register and manage sales orders and ensure customer shipping requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain price lists, markdowns, promotions and timely SKU updates in the system.
• Raise purchases for direct-from-supplier shipments (drop shipments).
• Investigate and resolve inbound stock variances and invoice-matching discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock readiness with Store Operations to close transactions in the system.
