Key Responsibilities

• Develop new food products in line with market trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and raw material assessments.
• Ensure all products comply with UAE food safety standards and international regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to optimise formulations and processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to food quality, texture, and safety.
• Stay up to date with food science innovations and industry best practices.
• Document research findings, trial results, and formulation changes accurately.
• Support in audit preparation and regulatory inspections.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry within the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of food processing, safety standards, and quality systems.

Familiarity with UAE food regulations, HACCP, and ISO 22000.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and food product formulation tools.
