Job summary

Marriott International’s Le Méridien property in Abu Dhabi seeks a security and guest service professional to patrol the property, manage access, conduct safety inspections, and respond to emergencies. You will assist guests and employees, document incidents, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include training staff, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and providing excellent guest service while upholding safety standards in a luxury hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to emergencies, gather information, and complete reports.
• Escort unwelcome persons and defuse disturbances in line with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports and protect company assets.
