Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Food Safety & Quality Consultant and Trainer to support clients in implementing, improving, and maintaining food safety and quality systems. The role involves conducting assessments, providing expert guidance on compliance with local and international food safety standards (such as HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, etc.), and delivering customized training programs for food industry professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct food safety and quality audits and risk assessments across food production and service environments.

Provide expert consultancy on the development and implementation of food safety management systems.

Support clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and deliver training sessions/workshops on food safety topics (e.g. hygiene, HACCP, allergen management, GMP).

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a consulting/training role.

Strong knowledge of local and international food safety standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to various environments and client needs.

Trainer approved by DM.
