Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is seeking a detail‑oriented Food Safety Assistant to verify CCPs/OPRPs/PRPs and collect microbiology samples. You will support data gathering, monitoring, and recordkeeping to uphold food safety standards.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and fluency in English, with Level 2 Food Safety training mandatory and Level 3 preferred. A science background is advantageous; Dubai‑based, on‑site work environment with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety Training is mandatory.
• Food Safety Level 3 is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in verifying CCPs, OPRPs and PRPs as per Hazard Control Plan.
• Assist with microbiology sample collection and analysis.
• Maintain and monitor food safety data and records.
• Assist with hygiene verification and deviation reporting.
• Support administration of the Microbiology laboratory and records.
• Assist thermometer verification and equipment checks.
• Support customer complaint investigations and traceability tasks.
