1. Oversee sanitary and hygiene conditions during factory operational hours,

2. Serve as a proactive member of the Food Safety team, contributing actively to the FSMS team

3.Support the Team Leader in the investigation process in the event of product non-conformance/Customer complaints by collecting and documenting all evidence

4. Conduct daily food safety and hygiene inspections at the site and perform monthly GMP audits.

5. Assist the Team Leader with the internal verification of daily activities.

6. Ensure product quality and safety by maintaining safe and hygienic conditions.

7. Plan and maintain hygienic conditions throughout operations.

8. Ensure all FSMS-related documents and records are updated in a timely manner.

9. Responsible for delivering Food Safety/Hygiene training to the factory staff

10. Ensure stocks of hygiene and laboratory supplies are available.

11. Manage and assist routine Pest Control services.

KPI:

1. 100% adherence to hygiene standards during factory operations

2. Timely submission of assigned tasks and contributions to FSMS updates

3. Accuracy in daily food safety and hygiene inspections/audits

4. Zero food safety/hygiene non conformance in external audit and regulatory inspections

5. Number of training sessions conducted as per schedule.

Skills
