Expert Recruitments LLC is seeking a Food Runner for a 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai to support the service team and ensure every dish reaches guests promptly and to the highest standard.

Applicants should have experience in a 5-star hotel or hotel restaurant and be fluent in English. UAE-based candidates are preferred, with immediate start or a 1-month notice period. Shift length is 9 hours including a 1-hour break.

• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or 5-star hotel restaurant.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Collect dishes from the kitchen pass and deliver them to the correct tables promptly and at the right temperature.
• Check each plate for presentation and accuracy against the order before serving.
• Communicate dish details, ingredients and allergens to guests as briefed by the team.
• Support waiters with table setting, clearing, resetting and replenishing service items.
• Keep the pass, service stations and side stations organised and stocked.
• Coordinate with kitchen and floor staff to maintain service flow during peak hours.
• Promote menu items and specials in line with company policy.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Food Runner to support the service team of a high-end restaurant in a 5-star luxury hotel, ensuring every dish reaches the guest promptly and to the highest standard.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or 5-star hotel restaurant.
• Fluency in English.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred; candidates already in the UAE preferred.
• Immediate availability preferred; alternatively 1 month notice period.
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day including a 1-hour break
