Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish product pricing standards and formulate pricing management strategies, including price admission criteria, price comparison & matching, and price expression. Build the platform's price image and enhance user price satisfaction.
2. Define core categories and core products based on user needs. Enhance their price competitiveness through pricing operations.
3. Build pricing operation processes, mechanisms, and corresponding operational levers. Develop necessary product capabilities to drive execution and implementation by cross-functional teams and merchants.
4. Monitor industry trends, maintain an industry perspective, understand competitor pricing strategies, identify potential pricing threats, and formulate effective countermeasures.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in retail or e-commerce is required. Prior experience in merchandise or pricing operations is preferred.
2. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL is required.
3. Excellent communication and project management skills. Self-driven with strong initiative, intense curiosity, and a passion for exploration.
4. International experience (study/work) or proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
5. Talents with food-delivery-backgrounds are considered first; Above 3 years experiences are preferred
