Job summary

Calo Inc. in Dubai is seeking a diligent portioning assistant to prepare meals for delivery, ensuring on‑time dispatch with strict hygiene and quality controls.

You will coordinate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to maintain an excellent customer experience, uphold kitchen hygiene, and implement last‑minute changes while preserving high standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry.
• Very high hygiene standards in a kitchen facility.
• Knowledge of food safety is a plus.
• Currently located in UAE.
• Personality: Enthusiastic, respectful, strong communicator, empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out
• Communicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure a top‑notch customer experience
• Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensuring any last‑minute changes are carried out with our high standards

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food
• Very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility
• Proficient communicator in English with good communication skills
• Knowledge in food safety is a plus
• Currently located in UAE
• Personality: Enthusiastic, values respect for everyone around them, strong communicator, acts with empathy
