Qualifications

• PhD in Food Chemistry, Food Science, Food Analysis, Food Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry for food systems.
• Strong record of scholarly research and publication appropriate to career stage.
• Evidence of recent research productivity and a defined research agenda relevant to food chemistry.
• Ability to teach food chemistry, food analysis, or related subjects at undergraduate/postgraduate level.
• Ability to supervise student research in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
