We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing professional, customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests.
• Practice good customer relations and address complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Ensure the outlet is set up for service and supervise smooth operations.
• Direct and supervise the service team to perform duties according to standards.
• Ensure all colleagues receive adequate training to perform their duties.
• Organize, plan, and control supplies, maintaining records of beverage stock to ensure availability.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to coach and motivate the team positively. Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel, be capable of handling a multi-national team, and be strong in HACCP procedures. Exposure to outlet opening and various types of outlets is preferred. The position requires high organizational skills, motivation, focus on staff training and development, and good administrative skills.
