Food Beverage Supervisor - Laguna

Day to day your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Effectively handle guest complaints
• Assist with rostering taking into consideration forecast wage cost staff requests etc
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for the next service period making adjustments to the roster where necessary
• Ensure there is enough mis en place for service
• Ensure beverage cost is maintained to budget
• Report any shortages in equipment to the manager
• Conduct staff training including induction product knowledge etc
• Counsel staff if not performing to the Outlets standards
• Attend and actively participate in necessary meetings
• Be able to take charge of the outlet/area in the absence of the Manager
• Daily stock ordering
• Flexibility to work in all F&B areas

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
• Strong leadership skills
• Effective time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Capacity to work well under pressure.
• Bar background additional advantage
• Strong multitasking skills
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced settings.
