Job SummaryMain Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise the service staff team
- Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience for all events.
- Anticipate and service guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
- Be familiar with the beverage service including stemware used and appropriate garnishes.
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and ensure all tables are set according to standard.
- Utilize the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete closing readings.
- Carry trays, bus, and reset tables with linen, china, glass, and silver.
- Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problems that may arise, informing a manager of the issue and how it was resolved.
CANDIDATE PROFILE- Basic hotel school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a multicultural/5-star hotel environment.
- Multi-skilled.
- Experience in food and beverage or event field.
- Speed and accuracy (able to manage last-minute activities).
- Ability to handle luxury guest volumes on a daily basis.
- Must be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
- Must be flexible and able to work long hours.
