Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, and competent.
• Implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all Food and Beverage delivery so that guests’ expectations are exceeded.
• Manage all tasks of service preparation, including rosters, checklists, briefings, point of sale, cash ups, handovers, operating equipment control, stock taking, and bookings.
• Fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach.
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Good numeracy, verbal, and written English skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Experience in all-day and/or fine dining.
