- Consistently offer professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to Guests.
- Set up banquet rooms according to function requirements, ensuring attention to detail in table settings, linens, glassware, and equipment.
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of all banquet menus, buffet setups, and bar service options.
- Monitor and respond to Guest needs during events, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Participate in pre-event briefings to understand the event schedule and expectations.
- Work closely with the Banquet Manager, kitchen team, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure all linens are counted and handled properly at the end of shifts.
- Maintain and organize banquet equipment, reporting any damage or shortages to the Banquet Manager.
- Handle Guest feedback and concerns efficiently, escalating issues to the Banquet Manager when necessary.
- Attend pre-shift, weekly, and monthly meetings to enhance service standards and continuously improve the Guest experience.

Additional Information:
- Experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
