Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team in Dubai. You will assist in daily restaurant and service operations and help ensure guests receive a professional and welcoming dining experience.

This internship offers exposure to a dynamic hospitality environment, with opportunities to develop in F&B service, guest relations, and operations within a globally renowned hotel group.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you should have the ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and a commitment to service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the Food & Beverage team
• Assist with restaurant, bar and banquet service operations
• Assist with setting up tables and preparing service areas
• Welcome guests and assist with their food and beverage requirements
• Assist the team from time to time when required
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within the outlet and service areas
• Support the team in following food safety, hygiene and service standards
• Handling administration and maintaining good relationships with different departments
