Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, part of IHG, is seeking a Housekeeping Intern to join our pre-opening team. You will support daily guest room and public area operations, helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

You will work with a diverse team, develop attention to detail, and gain hands-on experience in hospitality while learning from seasoned professionals in Dubai's vibrant Marina district.

Qualifications

• Able to work with and engage teams from different cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quality-oriented with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the Housekeeping team
• Assist with cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas
• Assist with making beds, replenishing guest supplies and arranging room amenities
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the hotel
• Assist the team from time to time when required
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items and any guest requests to the relevant team
• Support the proper handling and storage of linen, cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment
• Handling administration and maintaining good relationships with different departments
