Job Description

This role involves adhering to company standards, promoting positive guest interactions, ensuring safety and hygiene, and delivering excellent food and beverage service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, upselling, managing cash and POS transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• 1+ year food and beverage experience
• Customer service skills, attention to detail, good communication, teamwork, positive attitude
• Cash handling and upselling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma
• Food Safety Certification
• Experience in 4-star hotels or banquet services
• Bilingual in Arabic (preferred)
