The hotel features 273 stylish rooms and offers a perfect balance between modern business needs and Arabian hospitality traditions.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our enthusiastic team.

Your role will involve providing professional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing all tasks related to food & beverage service according to hotel standards
• Greeting, seating, and serving customers in a professional and discreet manner
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests
• Monitoring the quality of food & beverages served
• Maintaining good customer relations and addressing complaints or queries satisfactorily
• Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld in the outlet
• Preparing all service tasks before, during, and after service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene)

Ideally, you'll have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, with strong communication skills, cultural engagement, attention to detail, and proficiency in related software.
