We are currently seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant (In Room Dining) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable Room Dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing all tasks related to food & beverage service according to hotel standards
  • Greeting, seating, and serving guests in a professional and discreet manner
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests effectively
  • Monitoring the quality of food & beverages served
  • Handling customer queries and complaints satisfactorily
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and equipment
  • Preparing for service and maintaining mise-en-place
  • Answering calls professionally as per SOP

Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry. Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software are desirable.
