Your day to day
Your responsibilities are:
- To ensure that SOP Basic standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- To take a hands-on approach in the operation of the outlet.
- To attend daily briefing on preparation, service, and menu.
- To be knowledgeable of the food and beverage items in the restaurant.
- To master and perform the service sequence standards in the outlet.
- Serve food and beverage to guests according to prescribed service standards and procedures with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
- To contribute to overall guest experience metrics through the delivery of the voco brand standards and service behaviours.
- To liaise with the supporting departments on daily operation and quality.
- To establish a rapport with guests maintaining a good relationship.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
- To attend all required training sessions/programmes.
- To ensure cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, fixtures, and service area in the station assigned.
- To be responsible for cost-saving on guest supplies, food supplies, electricity, water, etc.
What we need from you
- 1 year related experience in the same capacity
- Excellent communication skills; English is a must
- Russian speaker is a must
- A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco service standards
- A true team-player mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
