WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Minimum 01 year of relevant experience in the Hotel/Restaurant industry.
Catering Diploma in F&B Service from recognized University/Institute.
PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST:
Responsible for serving F&B in outlet efficiently and in a courteous manner.
Carry all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules, regulations & policies.
Good organization, record keeping & basic mathematical skills.
Suggest F&B be well versed with the menu, method of preparation.
Clean and polish glassware, china ware, hollow ware and flatware.
Maintain cleanliness and mise-en place level at workstation and service pantry for smooth operation.
Replenish supply of linen and other operating equipment, obtain requested items from store room.
Follow correct sequence of service as outlined.
