Key Responsibilities:

• Support the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of guest service are delivered to the highest standards.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Implement plans and achieve objectives related to food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets.
• Supervise the food & beverage team, fostering growth, development, and high performance.
• Manage costs and inventory control, and ensure productivity and performance levels are met.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead departmental programs to improve service standards, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for audits, with follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage service.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry.
• Creative problem-solving skills and support capabilities.
• Personal integrity and dedication to excellence, time, and energy.
• Experience with IT systems across platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
