Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic F&B Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple restaurants within our luxury hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, operational excellence, and a proven track record in guest service. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory. This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor teams, drive operational success, and uphold world-class culinary and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead, mentor, and train F&B teams to deliver luxury hospitality standards
  • Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest quality of service and cuisine
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to elevate dining experiences and introduce innovative concepts
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of all outlets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff performance and service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business and positive reviews
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take corrective action where needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overall hotel operations
  • Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of F&B staff

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in F&B management within luxury hotels, with proven experience handling multiple outlets
  • Languages: Fluent in one of French | Spanish | Greek | Italian | Romanian
  • Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to drive operations, boost revenue, and maintain top-quality standards
  • Excellent organizational and financial management abilities
