Slice, a vibrant Italian restaurant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
