We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Ambassador (Conference & Banquets) to join our pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Food & Beverage Ambassador (Conference & Banquets), you will provide professional, customer-focused service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Practice good customer relations and address complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Ensure banquet setups are prepared for service and supervise operations for smooth execution.
• Direct and supervise the service team to perform duties according to standards.
• Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained to perform their roles.
• Manage organization, planning, and control of supplies, maintaining accurate records of beverage stock to ensure availability.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can coach and motivate the team positively. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel, ability to manage a multi-national team, strong knowledge of HACCP procedures, and experience with outlet opening and diverse outlets. The role demands high organizational skills, motivation, staff training focus, and good administrative abilities.
