Job summary

Pearl Goods in Dubai seeks an FMCG Sales Agent to build and manage supermarket and co-op accounts across Dubai. You will leverage existing relationships, open new outlets, negotiate first orders, and drive shelf space and stock rotation with strong commission potential.

The role requires 2+ years FMCG sales in UAE, a valid UAE driving license, own car, and residency. English and Hindi are preferred; candidates must be resident in UAE and ready to start immediately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years FMCG sales in the UAE.
• Existing relationships with supermarket or co-op buyers in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
• Must own car or van and valid UAE driving licence.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Sell to supermarkets, co-ops, grocery chains and independent stores across Dubai.
• Open new accounts and grow distribution.
• Meet buyers, present the product, negotiate first orders and secure shelf space.
• Visit every active account at least twice a month for reorders.
• Keep product looking good on shelf, with proper facings and stock rotation.
• Deliveries: collect stock from Al Ain and deliver to accounts; ensure delivery notes signed.
• Check quantities and condition on arrival; report damages or returns promptly.
• Maintain a contact list of buyers and accounts; provide weekly update on visits and orders.

We re Pearl Goods an Al Ain company importing and distributing PearlPods dishwasher pods across the UAE The product is doing well ISO and SGS certified retail margin and priced to compete against Finish and Fairy

We re looking for one good salesman to grow it in Dubai This isn t a call-centre job or a fresh-start role We want someone who already knows the buyers and can pick up the phone today

What you ll be doing

• Selling
• Opening new accounts supermarkets co-ops grocery chains and independent stores across Dubai
• Meeting buyers presenting the product negotiating first orders and getting shelf space
• Visiting every active account at least twice a month for reorders
• Keeping the product looking good on shelf facings stock rotation tidy displays
• Telling us what you see competitor prices promotions what buyers are asking for
• Delivering
• Collecting stock from our Al Ain store and delivering to your accounts
• Getting every delivery note signed and stamped
• Checking quantities and condition on arrival
• Reporting damages or returns straight away
• Keeping us in the loop
• A short weekly update accounts visited orders taken deliveries made problems
• Maintaining a contact list of buyers name store phone
• Flagging any account that s slow to pay 2+ years

Requirements

• 2+ years FMCG sales in the UAE
• Existing relationships with supermarket or co-op buyers in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain
• Must own car or van and valid UAE driving licence
• Valid UAE residence visa
• English and Hindi
• Comfortable earning on commission — this suits someone confident in their own numbers
