Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare and post journal entries and payment vouchers.
• Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
• Assist in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Support audit and tax compliance.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and aging reports.
• Prepare supplier payment schedules and verify against POs.
• Record bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing management accounts.
