Job summary

AeroProfessional Limited is assisting Emirates Flight Training Academy in Dubai to source Flying Instructors for the Emirates Flight Training Academy. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training to ab-initio cadets, initially on SR-22 single-engine aircraft, with opportunities to advance to twin-engine training.

The position is permanent with a strong benefits package and requires relocation to Dubai, with on-site duties at the training facility in Dubai South (DWC).

Qualifications

• Must possess CPL or ATPL with SEP rating.
• FI rating with night and instrument capabilities.
• Valid LPC (licensing/credential) as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality flying training instruction to ab-initio cadets.
• Instruct on SR-22 aircraft; include simulator and ground sessions.
• Prepare lessons and conduct pre- and post-flight briefings; write reports and assessments.
• Potential pathway to DA42 after gaining experience in single-engine role.

The Emirates Flight Training Academy is seeking passionate, skilled, and safety-driven Single Engine Flying Instructors to join their world-class training team in Dubai.

First-of-its-kind training facility in Dubai, the Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA) is located in Dubai South, Dubai World Central (DWC). With its unique facilities and resources, Emirates Flight Training Academy offers the opportunity to learn to fly in the most advanced flight training academy in the world.

Their fully-operational flight operations centre is dedicated to Emirates Flight Training Academy cadets only, making flight training part of everyday life at the Academy. This means you will have the opportunity to gain a complete operational experience in one holistic environment.

As a Flying Instructor in EFTA, you are responsible for delivering high quality flying training instruction, initially on SR-22 single engine aircraft, to ab-initio pilot cadets, at the Emirates Flight Training Academy. Instructional duties include on-aircraft, in-simulator and on-ground instruction, preparation of lessons, pre-and post-flight briefings, accurate report writing and assessment. Having demonstrated proficiency in the single engine instructional role, there is the potential to move onto the DA42 twin engine fleet.

3. 700 hours total time
4. 500 hours instructional time
5. 200 hours IFR time
6. Currently instructing
7. ELP 5+
8. Valid LPC
9. Must relocate to Dubai
10. Proven experience delivering ab-initio flight training within a large ATO
