Responsibilities :

Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders.
Maintain knowledge of current floral trends and design techniques.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for floral arrangements.
Prepare and package flowers for delivery or pickup.
Manage and organize flower inventory, ensuring freshness and quality.
Assist with flower care and maintenance, ensuring flowers are properly hydrated and stored.
Offer suggestions and advice to customers on floral arrangements and care.
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Handle cash, process payments, and keep accurate records of sales.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer demands and store goals.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a Florist or in a related field (preferred).
Strong creativity and an eye for design.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of floral care and preservation techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to lift and carry heavy flower arrangements and supplies.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
