Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor - Floral Operations to lead the resort’s floral team, ensuring high-quality arrangements and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel/resort, with 2 years in supervision, English fluency, and familiarity with Western, Asian, and Middle Eastern floral design. Flexibility for weekends and public holidays is expected in this luxury, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a 5-star integrated hotel/resort, with 2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in Commercial Floral is preferred.
• Experience in large events, weddings, and shows is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with Western, Asian, and Middle Eastern flower design.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Floral team in all phases of floral activities and align with department goals.
• Consult the Assistant Manager for approval of major changes.
• Train and supervise team members to improve standards.
• Check daily conditions of flowers and refresh arrangements as needed.
• Maintain quality and cost control of all flower arrangements.
• Supervise daily operations within the floral department.
• Inventory flowers, vases and accessories; report irregularities.
