Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead and motivate the floor team to deliver RIKAS-level service excellence.
- Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Assist in scheduling and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar role in a premium or fine-dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is preferred.
