Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and guest-centric Floor Manager to lead our Lobby Lounge, a sophisticated Japanese Teahouse-inspired concept. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about luxury hospitality, authentic cultural experiences, and delivering impeccable service at every touchpoint. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable, seamless experience, reflecting the signature warmth, attention to detail, and personalized service that Banyan Tree is renowned for globally. Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of lounge hosts, servers, and bartenders to consistently exceed guest expectations.

  • Uphold the highest standards of service excellence, ensuring every interaction reflects Banyan Tree’s luxury ethos.

  • Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, and guest flow, maintaining efficiency without compromising on service quality.

  • Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure flawless delivery of food and beverage offerings, with attention to presentation, taste, and authenticity.

  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences, handling inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.

  • Maintain the ambiance, design, and cultural integrity of the Japanese Teahouse concept, creating an immersive and tranquil environment.

  • Monitor inventory, manage cost controls, and ensure operational compliance with hygiene, safety, and Banyan Tree standards.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and service excellence.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in luxury F&B management, ideally within Asian or Japanese concepts.
