Job summary

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant service and lead the service team in a luxury 5-star setting. You will ensure impeccable guest experiences, supervise operations, and collaborate with senior management to maintain service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in upscale hotels or fine dining, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an upscale 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.

Responsibilities

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of restaurant. The Floor Manager will oversee the training, supervision, and day-to-day management of the service team, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth restaurant operations. The successful candidate will report to the Restaurant General Manager and Restaurant Manager.
