Our concept combines high-quality food and beverage, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team and grow with us.

Role Overview

As Floor Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency. You will act as the link between the management team and front-of-house staff, maintaining high service standards and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily floor operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the service team, ensuring standards are consistently met.
  • Manage table allocations, reservations, and guest flow to optimize service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in training new staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and service standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards on the floor.
  • Work closely with the management team to meet revenue and service goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within hospitality (restaurants, lounges, or luxury hotels).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
