  • Ensure smooth daily operations in the restaurant.
  • Assist the restaurant leadership team in achieving high guest satisfaction.
  • Guide and lead restaurant servers.
  • Perform managerial duties regularly.
  • Maximize sales potential through upselling.
  • Secure cash floats at all times.
  • Operate within budgeted costs.
  • Minimize misuse of operating equipment.
  • Complete, deliver, and account for supply requisitions.
  • Minimize overtime use.
  • Ensure sufficient operating equipment availability.
  • Record all voids and report payment discrepancies to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Follow company procedures for handling cash, credit cards, and cheques.
  • Address guest complaints and report them to the Manager.
  • Coordinate with colleagues regarding guest needs.
  • Conduct handovers at shift changes.
  • Communicate regularly with the Head Chef and Reception.
  • Gather guest feedback consistently.
  • Maintain a daily management report of events.
  • Build respectful relationships with regular guests.
  • Handle guest comments, questions, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Understand guest needs to provide efficient, friendly service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across food, beverage, guest service, and cleanliness.
  • Support other hotel revenue centers like Rooms and Events.
  • Be results-driven and accountable.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and other relevant meetings.
  • Regularly inspect to ensure asset maintenance and protection.
  • Enhance the business’s reputation within the community.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
