- Ensure smooth daily operations in the restaurant.
- Assist the restaurant leadership team in achieving high guest satisfaction.
- Guide and lead restaurant servers.
- Perform managerial duties regularly.

- Secure cash floats at all times.
- Operate within budgeted costs.
- Minimize misuse of operating equipment.
- Complete, deliver, and account for supply requisitions.

- Record all voids and report payment discrepancies to the Restaurant Manager.
