dnata is seeking a Flight Watch Agent to ensure operational support, flight editing, and post-departure tasks adhere to IGOM standards. You will oversee AOCC functions, including aircraft towing coordination and telex communications, ensuring safe and timely flight operations.

You will monitor radar tracks, coordinate with TCO and Flydubai requirements, and ensure updates to DCS/DMIS, seating for passengers with special needs, and accurate post-departure records.

Competenze

• 0-2 years of relevant experience for diploma holders, or 2-4 years in a related field with hands-on training.
• Knowledge of DMIS, AACS, UFIS and DCS operational systems.

Mansioni

• Comply with safety, quality and environmental policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor radar tracks and update short-final and holding status in operational systems.
• Coordinate ground service requests, obtain W&B and fuel figures from PIC or Load Control and inform stakeholders.
• Identify flights not scheduled to operate to DXB and alert relevant Operations Control teams.
• Coordinate resources, equipment and personnel for towing activities and monitor OTP.
• Work with TCO to meet Flydubai requirements and perform AMIS-DMIS checks.
• Ensure flight creation in DCS/DMIS with updated registration and gate allocation.
• Manage seating for passengers needing special assistance and group bookings per IGOM.
• Complete all flight editing tasks and post-departure updates within timelines.
• Monitor telex messages and communicate actions to stakeholders.
