Job description

About the role : The primary duty of the Flight Coordinator is to arrange services requested by clients and coordinate all services associated with the flights, including permits, ground handling, fueling, catering, hotel accommodation, and transportation for crew and passengers.

Flight coordinators are responsible for ensuring timely service and providing clients with the highest level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Arranging services for flights according to client needs.
  2. Coordinating with management for reports and flight consultations.
  3. Monitoring the status of all planned and ongoing flights from origin to final destination (flight following).
  4. Ensuring all services are in order for timely flight operations.
  5. Identifying, anticipating, and taking corrective actions to minimize delays.
  6. Reviewing, preparing, and submitting post-flight summaries for finance.
  7. Selecting FBOs and maintaining the database.
  8. Upholding safe client and regulatory practices.
  9. Quoting clients as per management instructions.

Skills and Working Conditions :
