DeepLight AI seeks a Data Modeler to modernize enterprise data ecosystems by designing scalable data models and semantic layers within Lakehouse architectures. You will build robust knowledge graphs and ontologies that enable advanced data discovery and seamless interoperability.

Key responsibilities include modeling across Bronze-Silver-Gold layers, implementing SCD2 and metadata standards, and collaborating with data engineers to deploy on Glue and Iceberg.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data modeling for Lakehouse or data warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in semantic layer design, ontologies, and knowledge graph development.
• Familiarity with AWS Glue, Apache Iceberg, and Medallion architecture.
• Understanding of metadata management and lineage tools (OpenMetadata preferred).
• 7+ years in data modeling or data architecture roles.
• Experience in semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, and financial services domain is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Lakehouse architectures.
• Design and implement a semantic layer to enable business-friendly data access.
• Build and maintain knowledge graphs to represent relationships between entities.
