Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC (du) invites applications for a role focused on IT service management and Change/Reques t coordination in Dubai. The candidate will lead CAB discussions, ensure RFCs meet KPI targets, and coordinate fault processes across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has ITIL/ETOM knowledge, excellent communication skills at C-level, and flexibility for shift work. Proficiency in MS Office and Maximo is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with ability to converse with C-level executives.
• Familiar with ETOM and ITIL processes.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and flexible hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Capable of making sound decisions under pressure and long hours.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Presiding the CAB meeting and discussing planned RFCs.
• Post-assurance: following activity completion and triggering fault process if required.
• Attending RFCs using Maximo Tool.
• Conducting weekly change management advisory board meetings.
• Coordinating with other departments for normal/urgent activities.
• Providing reports on network performance, availability, SLA achievement, and outages.
