FLEX Security Officer Full Time

Location: Sparks, NV

Rate: $19.50/HR

• Weekend availability needed & will be stationed at various site locations.
• Previous military & / or law enforcement experience encouraged to apply.

FLEX Security Officer Objectives

• Provide security for short-term special assignments.
• Support staffing at accounts during shortages (vacations, call-offs, no-shows, holidays).
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts, including site work and training new security officers.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Deliver high-level customer service to clients and their guests.

Security Officer Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer/technology skills.
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Reliable, accountable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
• Ability to conduct foot or mobile patrols in various weather conditions.
• Alertness and attention to detail.
• Comfort with access control duties.
• Reliable transportation and communication means.
• Active PILB card and valid driver’s license required.
• Own transportation to and from work.
