We are looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to drive our corporate vehicle sales operations in the UAE. This role involves managing large-scale sales to businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving volume targets. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive industry experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead high-level B2B sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to meet revenue and volume targets

  • Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and leasing companies

  • Prepare and deliver customized fleet proposals and presentations

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies

  • Coordinate with internal teams on vehicle availability, logistics, and after-sales service

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline activity, and customer interactions

  • Attend trade shows, expos, and client meetings to promote products and services

  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff or support teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE automotive sales regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet or B2B automotive sales within the UAE

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market

  • Strong network of corporate and government clients is highly desirable

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of vehicle specifications, leasing options, and commercial vehicle trends

  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
