Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to drive our corporate vehicle sales operations in the UAE. This role involves managing large-scale sales to businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving volume targets. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive industry experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead high-level B2B sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to meet revenue and volume targets
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and leasing companies
Prepare and deliver customized fleet proposals and presentations
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt strategies
Coordinate with internal teams on vehicle availability, logistics, and after-sales service
Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline activity, and customer interactions
Attend trade shows, expos, and client meetings to promote products and services
Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff or support teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE automotive sales regulations
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet or B2B automotive sales within the UAE
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
Strong network of corporate and government clients is highly desirable
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of vehicle specifications, leasing options, and commercial vehicle trends
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
