Job description

Job Specifications:

  1. Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets for all Great Wall Motor pickups – Light Commercial Pickups.
  2. Identify new business opportunities including growth areas, new customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching Passenger/commercial vehicle markets.
  3. Visit prospective customers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show catalogues, give demos, and inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
  4. Handle bulk purchase deals, contracts, rent-a-car & SME deals, government & semi-government tenders, and banking solutions.
  5. Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, paying particular attention to new features, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, selling techniques, and customer handling skills.
  6. Ensure proper coordination for delivery of vehicles and follow quality assurance procedures.
  7. Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.
  8. Prepare sales status reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as required by the Sales Manager to ensure necessary actions are taken.
  9. Adhere to company procedures, particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  1. University or higher diploma as the minimum acceptable education level.
  2. Knowledge of Light Commercial Vehicles sales with UAE Fleet sales experience required.
  3. Excellent communication and sales ability.
  4. Proactive, hardworking, and motivated approach.
  5. Fluency in English communication; fluency in Arabic will be an added advantage.
  6. Candidate must possess a manual transmission UAE driving license.
  7. Good team player, experienced in a professional, high-pressure working environment.
  8. An understanding of IT systems would be advantageous, and experience with MS Office is essential.
