Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer and prospect database.
  2. Build strong partnerships with government departments and corporate entities.
  3. Conduct regular visits and maintain ongoing communication with customers and prospects.
  4. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Coordinate closely with the aftersales department to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Utilize demo programmes from principals to support sales efforts.
  7. Ensure products are promoted and placed with key corporate decision-makers.
  8. Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to the sales manager/general manager.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop targeted sales programmes.
  10. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience: 3-5 years in corporate or fleet sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
  3. Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
  4. Skills: Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
