Job description

This role is responsible for selling commercial vehicles across various model types, adhering to company pricing, policies, and procedures. The position is critical in launching and expanding the presence of a new Chinese commercial vehicle brand JMMC in the UAE market. The candidate must establish and maintain trusted, professional relationships with fleet customers while leveraging digital tools and technologies to meet sales objectives.

This role requires a proactive, strategic, and technically adept sales professional who understands fleet business operations, niche UAE commercial segments, and the Chinese automotive industry’s potential

  • Drive the sales of Chinese commercial vehicles, ensuring an optimal model mix as per business targets.
  • Secure fleet deals with minimal deviation from pricing policies, focusing on high-value fleet operators.
  • Identify and capitalize on niche commercial segments such as logistics, last-mile delivery, construction, Education, hospitality, and heavy-duty transport.
  • Optimize every sale by promoting Extended Warranty, Insurance, Service Contracts, Accessories, and After-Sales Solutions.

Strategic Implementation

  • Maintain a balanced portfolio of new and existing customers to drive long-term sales success.
    Stay updated on competitor commercial vehicle offerings, pricing, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and fleet reservation planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy by maintaining an updated fleet customer database, including potential leads and active prospects.
  • Provide regular market intelligence reports to management, focusing on fleet demand trends and Chinese brand positioning in the UAE.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with logistics, service, finance, and operations teams to streamline fleet sales.
  • Adhere to company compliance standards, including AML, KYC, and fleet credit approval policies.
  • Ensure all transactions and documentation are aligned with ISO and SOP fleet sales processes.

Learning & Growth

  • Stay updated on Chinese commercial vehicle technology, industry regulations, and fleet management solutions.
  • Participate in relevant training programs to enhance product knowledge and fleet sales expertise.
  • Continuously adapt to digital transformation tools and fleet sales analytics to improve efficiency

Policies, Procedures, and Compliance

  • Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), credit approval processes, and financial policies for fleet sales.
  • Ensure compliance with GIA policies, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Follow all company and departmental policies related to vehicle purchasing, registration, insurance, and payment procedures for commercial buyers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of all sales-related paperwork.
  • Ensure individual adherence to ISO and SOP-driven Sales Processes for commercial vehicle sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B2B sales experience in the last 3-5 years essential.
  • Digital marketing/sales skills and experience
  • Preferable Automobile Commercial corporate sales experience (outdoor).
