Job description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and close fleet sales contracts, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of fleet customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and service departments, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows and industry events to promote fleet products and services.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and industry developments to effectively position the company’s fleet solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fleet sales or key account management within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage accounts and reports efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach to build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry.
