Fleet Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of drivers and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage the fleet budget, forecasting expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction.
• Manage fuel consumption and costs by implementing effective fuel management programs and monitoring usage patterns.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and implement strategies for optimization, enhancing efficiency and reducing expenses.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure fleet reliability and safety, minimizing downtime and repair costs.
