Job summary

Moove in Dubai is seeking a Fleet & Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep of our assets, coordinate inspections, and drive preventive maintenance to ensure safety and reliability across our growing fleet. You will work with workshops and our internal teams to minimise downtime and optimise costs.

You will report to the Fleet & Maintenance Manager and collaborate with the Operations team, managing vehicle registrations with RTA, maintaining records, and supporting cost control through

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or vehicle operations in UAE.
• Strong understanding of RTA processes and UAE vehicle compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and accident repairs with workshops and vendors to minimize downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to improve fleet reliability.
• Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and manage vehicle registrations and renewals.
• Maintain accurate vehicle documentation, logs, registrations, and incident reports.
• Collect and upload data related to Salik, charges, fuel, expenses, and maintenance invoices; liaise with finance.
• Use mechanical and technical knowledge to communicate with workshops for quality repairs and cost control.
• Support after-hours on-call for urgent fleet requirements and breakdowns.
• Promote safety policies and accountability across all fleet activities.

What Youll be Doing

• CollectingverifyinganduploadingdatarelatedtoSalikchargestrafcnesfuel expensesand maintenance invoices; liaising with nance and relevantdepartments for accurate cost allocation.
• Leveraging strongmechanical and technical understanding to communicate effectivelywithworkshopsensuringqualityrepairsandcostcontrol.

• Willingnesstoworkexiblehoursincludingweekendsorafter-hourstosupport urgent eetrequirements or breakdowns.
• Enforcingcompanypoliciesandsafetyprotocolsacrossalleetactivitiespromoting a culture of accountability and risk reduction.

What You will need for this position

• Minimum35yearsofexperienceineetmanagementorvehicleoperationspreferably in the UAE.
• StrongunderstandingofRTAprocessesandUAEvehiclecompliancelandscape.
• Technicallysavvywithagoodgraspofvehiclemaintenancediagnosticsandrepair processes.
