Confidential Company is seeking a hands-on Fleet Engineer to support maintenance reliability and day-to-day operations of our private yacht fleet based across Dubai, Dibba, and Oman.

You will service Yamaha, Mercury, and Suzuki outboard engines, service jet skis, inspect trailers, and assist with major repairs, logistics, and fleet improvements. Strong English and UAE driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Marine Engineer or Marine Mechanic.
• Strong working knowledge of Yamaha, Mercury, and Suzuki outboard engines.
• Experience servicing and maintaining personal watercraft (jet skis).
• Understanding of trailers, wheel bearings, braking systems, and towing equipment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is essential and willingness to travel between Dubai, Dibba and Oman.

Responsabilités

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Yamaha, Mercury, and Suzuki outboard engines.
• Service and maintain both 2-stroke and 4-stroke jet skis and personal watercraft.
• Inspect, maintain and repair boat trailers, braking systems, wheel bearings and towing equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure the fleet remains in excellent operational condition.
• Assist with major engineering repairs, refits and fleet improvement projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory, stock levels and workshop consumables.
• Maintain accurate service histories and maintenance records using online maintenance software.
• Support vessel launches, recoveries, transportation and general fleet logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain and troubleshoot Yamaha Mercury and Suzuki outboard engines
• Service and maintain both 2-stroke and 4-stroke jet skis and personal watercraft
• Inspect maintain and repair boat trailers braking systems wheel bearings and towing equipment
• Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure the fleet remains in excellent operational condition
• Assist with major engineering repairs refits and fleet improvement projects
• Manage spare parts inventory stock levels and workshop consumables
• Maintain accurate service histories and maintenance records using online maintenance software
